Coming from U.S. 41 head east on West Terry Street for one block. Turn left at the traffic light into the Target, Office Max, Publix shopping centers. Take an immediate right onto the access road that parallels West Terry Street. This will dead-end into our parking lot.
Coming from Old 41 head west on West Terry Street for 1.5 miles. We are on the right side, just past Highland Woods. There is a large Bonita Storage Inn sign just past our driveway.
Do I need a reservation?
Calling ahead never hurts, but reservations are not required. Reserving in advance ensures that your unit will be ready when you arrive with your belongings. We can reserve a space up to 30 days in advance by taking a one-month deposit. We apply 100% of that deposit to your unit when you move in. This means that we will hold your unit without taking any money in it for 30 days, and should your needs change before you move in, your deposit is completely refundable, no questions asked.
You may cancel or change a reservation at any time by phone, email, on our website, or in person. There is not a cancellation/change penalty, and any deposit you have made with us to reserve a space is refundable.
Can I reserve a storage space on the in person, on the phone, or online?
Yes, reservations can be made by phone, email, on our website, or in-person up to 30 days in advance.
Do you offer a free rental truck with move in?
We offer a Free Rental Truck with each new move in. It comes with 12 furniture pads, two wheel dolly, appliance dolly, four wheel furniture dolly, easy load ramp, automatic transmission, A/C, radio and includes the fuel for local moves. Your only fee is a $22 plus tax insurance damage waiver. See our Truck Rentals page for complete details. Please call us to make your reservation.
Can I borrow hand carts or dollies?
You are welcome to use all hand carts and dollies available. All we ask is that when you have finished using these items, please return them to the designated area.
Do you have elevators?
Yes. We have elevators.
There is not a storage company that can guarantee that your belongings will be completely safe. However, our facilities are equipped with security features that deter crime. We offer the following security measures to protect our buildings.
You can restrict access to yourself, or you may designate specific people to have access to your unit. Anyone to whom you grant access will have their own access code or key fob.
Call during regular business hours for assistance regarding forgotten access codes or fobs. For your protection, we will request proof of identity.
Yes. Anything that could increase the risk of damage to your goods or the goods of others is prohibited.
We only charge rent and Florida state sales tax. We have no deposits, administration fees, or other charges.
Do you rent space month-to-month or do I have to sign a long-term lease?
Our rental contracts are all month-to-month. No long-term lease is required.
We do. You can sign up for autopay with our managers at move-in or at any point while you’re a customer with us. We will automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card, or bank account. If automatic payment isn’t for you, payment can be submitted manually every month by clicking “Pay Online” on our website.
Absolutely! You can arrange to pay in person with our office staff. You may use cash, check, debit, or credit card.
We bill on the 1st of each month. Sign up for autopay, and you will never have to worry about late fees. If that is not a good option for you, you can pay online, over the phone, by mail, or in person. We grant every customer a 5-day grace period. Late fees will be assessed beginning on the 6th of each month. After the 5th of the month, any account that is past due will be denied access to their unit until such time as the balance is brought current. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, an additional late fee is added to your account. Late fee amounts are specified in your rental agreement. To avoid the possibility of late fees and being locked out at the gate, we recommend signing up for autopay.
If rent and associated fees are not paid, you are at risk, under Florida Law, of the contents of your unit being sold at auction to pay unpaid rent, fees, and any costs of the sale incurred by the facility owner. If, after this procedure, any net proceeds of the auction remain, they are paid to you. We never want this to happen. We do have options.

Yes, this location offers drive-up storage units that are great for storing cars and motorcycles. We offer both covered and uncovered storage. The ideal size unit for storing a car is 10’ x 20”. Motorcycles generally fit in a 5’ x 10’ or 5’ x 15’ space.
A roll-up door is like a garage door; it rolls up overhead for easy access. We offer automatic openers for larger units.
A drive-up unit is accessible through a roll-up, garage-style door, directly from a driveway. It is generally on the first floor and allows for easy storage of large and heavy items. You may park in front of the unit, eliminating the need to move heavy items through a hallway or up an elevator.
Climate-controlled units are protected from the elements and have wide hallways. In multi-story facilities these units have elevators.
Non-climate, outdoor units typically resemble the environment of a garage, with the same ease of access that you would expect from a garage in your home. They are all on one level, with drive-up access.
Climate-controlled units are enclosed within a building structure, ensuring less dust, pests, and humidity that might ordinarily harm your belongings. The environment in these units is kept constant at an air-conditioned setting of between 76°F and 78°F. We recommend storing your most valuable items in a climate-controlled unit.
